21 –Literacy: Let’s Celebrate
Unit theme “Why do we celebrate?” This
week we focused on the question, “What are special family celebrations?”
Math: We have been working hard on practicing the correct
formation for the numbers 1 through 20.
What fun we had this week using shaving cream!
Science: We have been learning about oviparous and viviparous
animals. Oviparous animals/reptiles/insects hatch from eggs. Viviparous animals are born alive and

children are working hard on reading and writing Tricky Words at school.
They
have also been working hard on learning a new song to help write cvc words as

The Vowel Song – To the tune of “Bingo”
